Technical Engineer (Heavy Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

Manage technical and engineering aspects of Company’s Vehicles, New Energy Systems, and related equipment, encompassing:

• Leading and overseeing technical matters, including pre-sales, aftersales, and project support.
• Conducting life cycle cost calculations and proposals.
• Providing technical support across departments and coordinating with HQ.
• Ensuring compliance with test and inspection requirements pre and post-sales.
• Managing logistics support for systems, including spare parts, training, and manuals.
• Monitoring and enhancing technical and engineering RAMSS (reliability, availability, maintainability, sustainability, and safety).
• Diagnosing and resolving system failures and faults, liaising with subcontractors and HQ.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous improvement through HQ communication.
• Updating and optimizing system work procedures.
• Handling claims and warranty issues, addressing complaints and facilitating improvements.
• Fulfilling additional duties as assigned by superiors pertaining to system engineering and related tasks.

Requirements:

• Posses Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry and system engineering, will be an added advantage.
