Responsibilities:

Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra’s cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As a Technical Engineer your role will focus on designing, deploying, and supporting critical systems that drive improved clinical outcomes.
Engage with hospital system administrators and end-users to understand their daily operations and workflows.
Responsible for the installation and configuration of Sectra’s enterprise imaging solutions on public cloud platforms (specifically Microsoft Azure).
Integrate Sectra’s products and other healthcare systems, including Artificial Intelligence algorithms, using custom APIs and standard-based interfaces.
Troubleshoot issues while maintaining ongoing communication with customers.
Handle patient data in full compliance with privacy legislations.
Contribute to the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and carry out installation processes to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers.
Prototype and rigorously test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality.
Develop program and system specifications to meet customers’ technical requirements and guide enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions.
Provide essential technical information, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams for proposals, quotes, and statements of work.
Create and maintain documentation to offer customers a reliable technical resource for effective product operation and maintenance.
