Technical Engineering Coordinator

Rentokil-Boecker Technical Engineering Coordinator is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

• Implement the standards set in Rentokil-Boecker Operations Manual.
• Review clients’ feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical
• Engineering Manager.
• Update MSDS and Labels files in all vehicles.
• Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
• Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations’ list delivered to clients.
• Cooperate with all Operations Units to improve the quality output of the operations.
• Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis.
• Assist the Technical Engineering Manager in the preparation of suitable training materials.
• Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Technical Manager.
• Prepare Service Reports Report and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.
• Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.
• Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
• Represent Rentokil-Boecker in exhibitions, forums, and other events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Entomology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in pest management or related field.
• Proficiency in English and/or Arabic is a must.
