HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Master’s Degree would be an Asset.
• You possess a minimum 11 years of experience in aerospace.
• You have a good working knowledge in multiple Technical Disciplines and their interaction with the rest of the Aircraft and Aircraft systems.
• You possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
• You quickly understand complex issues and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are able to work under pressure, autonomously and with changing priorities.
