EXPERIENCE AND KNOW-HOW:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Tissue-Converting
• Advanced technical knowledge (experience in mechanical and electronical maintenance f.ex. startup technicians)
• Relevant work experience in equipment operation (shop floor)
• Advanced skills in project management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Confident handling of
• AutoCAD
• MS365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
• CMMS system (preferred Hexagon EAM, Maximo)
• Basic knowledge in ManEx methodologies / Tools (Lean principles, BestPractices, Centerlining)
  Qualification: Completed education in a technical field with a master craftsman, technician degree or similiar
  Languages: Very good English skills, other languages (German, French, Italian, etc.) are an advantage

• Monitoring technological developments within the facial, hand towel and hankie industry
• Analyzing key suppliers in the market through comprehensive market surveys
• Conducting engineering studies for new projects, including layout, technical specifications and capacity planning
• Collaborating with marketing and production teams to develop the Group’s Technology strategy for folded products
• Working closely with the Head of Capex & Operating System to identify optimal technological solutions within the Capex excellence program
