Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of business case analysis for identified improvement opportunities.
- Prepare proposals for decisions and solutions for harmonization and improvement of processes related to HR Case Management (Global Case Management and Ticketing solution within HR Services).
- Aligning changes, proposals and solutions with regional representatives and local power users of case management; primary focus on Germany and EMEA.
- Document, manage and drive the assigned (smaller) projects and initiatives under observance of Project Management standards (i.e. PRINCE, PMI, Scrum, First Choice/SixSigma, Design Thinking).
- Support the identification and implementation of change management measures as part of the respective global HR projects.
- Prepare training and process documentation, focusing on using HR Case Management solution.
- Provide trainings and support to local users, focus Germany and EMEA.
- Support regions with business development efforts related to case management, from proposal creation to implementation of the solution.
- xBU, xCountry communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, for example local HRS agents, management, HR representative, IT, etc.
- Collaboration with external service providers (consultants, software providers, etc.).
