The Job: Permanent full time (37.5 Hrs), Monday to Friday
Office Location: Hybrid role - based out of our Guildford office 2-3 days per week, the remainder will be site visits
Position Overview: The position entails acquiring expert knowledge of various medical diagnostic systems to offer advanced support to hospital staff, including clinical, engineering, and IT professionals. This support will be provided both on-site and remotely. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of specialized diagnostic medical equipment onto hospital IT networks and interfacing this equipment with hospital patient administration systems. The role will require providing support via phone and remote access, as well as frequent travel to hospitals across the UK and Ireland.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum qualification to a relevant degree or postgraduate level
  • Knowledge and experience of EEG and EMG systems would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proficient technical skills
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel and work throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Collaborating with hospital IT personnel on new and existing installations
  • Working as a team to install EEG and EMG equipment at hospital sites.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conducting annual Planned Preventative Maintenance and service visits at hospital sites
