Technical & Injury Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to claims teams about the claims management process in line with the applicable legislation
- Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
- Develop Injury Management Plans and implement strategies including leveraging relevant resources required in managing claim scenarios
- Provide specialist Injury Management coaching and one on one support to team members regarding claims management strategy and treatment approvals
- In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
