Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Operations Manager responsible to manage the pet feeding facility located in Querétaro, Mexico to perform product trials and coordinate consumer research with pet parents to assess consumer acceptance of Mars and competitor products.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop a team of 10 associates assuring resources are available in time and in full to execute pet product performance trials, facilities maintenance and animal welfare programs.
- Be the representative in the global Feeding Facilities and Consumer technical forums to guarantee global standards are implemented and properly followed.
- Communication and reporting of pet product performance results to relevant stakeholders at global and local level.
- Copilot the design and execution of learning plans to assess product acceptance with pets and pet parents of current and future portfolio in collaboration with marketing and product development teams.
