Description:
Job Title: Technical Team Lead – Detail Design
Location: Scotstoun, Glasgow, we also offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £44,910
Responsibilities:
- This position holder will have proven technical capability and demonstrate exemplar behaviours as a role model within the team
- Fully conversant with all Detail Design processes and Design Management Systems (LCM or process) and can advise and guide team members through application of them
- Applies technical leadership and expertise to provide advice and guidance to other professionals within project/team
- Works with the Team Lead using technical expertise to support prioritising team activities, ensuring schedule and cost effective working is delivered alongside quality expectations
- Able to effectively escalate where appropriate complex design issues and advise Detail Design Management on proposed technical resolutions
- Contribute to technical governance in line with Quality Management Process
