This position is for a Full Stack Technical Lead to support the Enterprise Applications technical teams, which will report to the Director, Enterprise Applications. The Technical Lead will be responsible for support and maintenance of our Customer/Partner Portal, CRM and other systems inclusive of complex workflows, data integration, basic reporting and analysis for a high growth organization. This position will maintain a strong focus on Front End applications to support a fast-growing and evolving manufacturing and distribution organization. The Technical Lead position will involve heavy interaction across the ERP as well as the entire SFDC org to include but not limited to: NetZero Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, Omni Channel, Experience Cloud, Compliance Quest and other on platform or integrated services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience designing and building Front End applications and web portals
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience and/or Commerce Cloud a plus
  • Extensive experience using BI and Salesforce data tools
  • Familiar with manufacturing and distribution business processes
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels all the way up to the executive leadership team
  • Experience building effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the internal and external business requirements and map them to effective technical solutions
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Able to be on-call should any issues arise that may impact daily business operations

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications that are scalable, robust, and efficient.
  • Create modern and interactive UI for internal and externally facing applications.
  • Understanding of testing, build process, deployment and effective delivery of Front End and Back End applications.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of applications.
  • Utilize a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain high standards of software quality.
  • Perform software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
  • Work with and solve problems of very complex nature and enjoy doing it.
  • Utilize dashboard tools to monitor performance of solutions.
  • Manages integration and data exchange between applications and external services, providers, or platforms.
  • Comply with change control protocol for all system deployments.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Look for opportunities and ways to improve data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Work with senior management to design and implement system improvements.
  • Improve user experience by optimizing layouts and deploying new functionalities.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Act as a mentor for other team members.
  • Deliver solutions and manage milestones according to project plan expectations, with special attention to scope and timeline.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
