Job Description:
Our Salesforce team is seeking a collaborative, driven, and proactive Salesforce Technical Lead to join our efforts to scale our current CRM environment. In this role, you’ll oversee the hands-on development of developers with reviewing codes, lead the implementation of new features, optimizing processes and workflows, and assist with the enterprise architectural design. You’ll also work with Lightening Web Component, Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud, while having the opportunity to learn more about Salesforce CPQ.
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to better understand their customizations request, partner with our Salesforce Product Management team, Quality Assurance team, and DevOps members to ensure seamless deployments and releases.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a scrum team focused on specific company functions (Go-to-Market, Support, Life Sciences.)
  • Build out processes and procedures to improve team’s ability to deliver quality solutions on the Salesforce Platform
  • Manage, train, and mentor Admins and Developers on Salesforce Best Practices
  • Design solutions to meet the business needs of Salesforce at a time of rapid company growth and heavy investment into the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency and leverage Salesforce technical expertise to make recommendations or improvement to our CRM

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent work experience
  • +5 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role with an advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Trailhead Ranger Status (preferred), Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification, and either Service Cloud Certification or Sales Cloud
  • Previous work experience with application and software development and familiarity with Agile software delivery methods as well as experience with Release/change management, using multiple sandboxes and change sets
  • Experience developing Flows, Process Builders, and other Clicks-not-Code Processes as well Integrations including Installed Packages, OAuth, and REST APIs and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools

Base pay for US is $150,000 - $175,000 USD, depending on qualifications.
