THE POSITION:

To achieve this, we’re seeking a talented Agile Technical Lead to join our team and make a global impact through our ServiceNow platform. By understanding and addressing demand requirements, you’ll enable new features and constantly seek ways to improve the delivery of a best service to our customers.
As a ServiceNow Agile technical lead, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling ServiceNow landscape delivery. You’ll be part of strategic decisions to empower our colleagues across all BI locations worldwide and collaborate directly with ServiceNow and other onboarded clients.
In your role as a ServiceNow Agile Techinal Lead, you’ll work alongside other roles like architects, team leads, business process consultants, other development scrum teams within the BI environment, which will continuously expose you to the latest technologies and help you advance your skills as well.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture, with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, and SecOps skills as a bonus
- A proactive attitude that challenges the status quo, embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills
- Expert on Agile methodologies: SCRUM.
- Knowledge of architecture, integrations, automation, and security, with a focus on user experience and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:
- In your new role, you concentrate on developing the Escuelita development team in Argentina based on a solid understanding of business requirements, as well as technology and industry trends.
- Additionally, you ensure that BI architectural governance is followed in any demand implementation and contribute to keep it up to date.
- With your expertise, you contribute to governance processes by providing direction for innovative technologies within your ServiceNow environment.Lastly, you assist in making informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of how process or system changes may impact other processes, systems, or people. You also encourage strategies for continuous improvement leveraging last technologies.
