We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of software products and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and coding standards. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure timelines are met, and you will collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the SDLC lifecycle to proactively address any issues for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Oversee software development projects from conception to launch
- Work closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Design teams to understand requirements, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed by the team
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Assist the Engineering Manager with conducting performance evaluations for team members
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Organizing and leading release management
- Act as a Scrum Master for Sprints
- Prepare solution development estimates including technical planning, refinement, and dependencies
- Provide technical expertise and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment
