REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in Software Development
• 2+ years experience in a Technical Lead role (or similar)
• Experience with the following technology:
• .NET framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+
• Microsoft Visual Studio/C#/ASP.NET | Open-source web framework for .NET
• Web technologies – MVC, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related areas of study
• Experience mentoring other Engineers
• The ability to explain concepts and mentor junior developers
• Additional Technologies: Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Git
• Experience working on a monolithic system
• Experience documenting solutions
• Passionate about product and shipping value to customers
• Strong systems thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently when required
• Ability to prioritise and escalate
• Experience with database design and development
• Passionate about modernising and continuously improving a large codebase

You should be a pragmatic Engineer who designs the right-sized solutions to build our Products. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside of existing patterns. You are hands-on and keep up to date with the latest .NET and web technologies.
