Technical Leader .NET

Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Tech Lead to help and support one of our clients, a major player within the Financial services industry.

The Tech Lead will have the following responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring team cohesion and performance
• Design robust and scalable software architectures and ensure their effective implementation
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing processes and meet client needs
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining a high level of quality
• Participate in developing solutions using best coding practices and the latest technologies

REQUIREMENTS

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET
• Experience with SQL Server databases and other data storage technologies
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in front-end development is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science or engineering or a related field
• English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage
