POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect/Technical Leader to join our team at 247labs. Your role will be important to lead technical initiatives; guide our development teams and ensure project deliveries are successful. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Leader, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the company’s projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead by example.
• Experience in technical hiring and talent acquisition is a plus.

• CODE REVIEW:Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• TECHNICAL ORIENTATION:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and technical solutions.
• SOLUTION ARCHITECT:Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with industry best practices.Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• ARCHITECT SUPPORT:Offer support and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and standards.
• TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS:Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• TECHNICAL HIRING:Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for technical roles, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ technical skills and qualifications.
• TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SALES DEPARTMENT:Collaborate with the sales department to provide technical expertise and support during client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.Assist in crafting technical solutions and proposals that align with client requirements and business objectives.
• DEVELOPER REVIEWS AND ASSESSMENT (HR):Work closely with HR to conduct performance reviews and assessments for developers, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth and development.
