BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of technical leadership for DoD or Department of the Navy programs
• Technical experience directly related to software/system development (Waterfall and Agile methodologies) using a DevSecOps framework.
• Proven experience with migrating systems to cloud
• Proven experience with managing data lake/Business Intelligence/Artificial Intelligence projects
• Within the 10 years, at least seven years related to the implementation and maintenance of management information systems and or software intensive systems, and at least five years of system development and integration experience for DoD or software DoN programs hosted in the AWS GovCloud
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

• Provide IT expertise, establish standards required for performance, establish policies and procedures required by the PMO, and support the PMO in communicating with all levels of management across the Business Systems stakeholder community.
• Ensure all Business Systems architecture (Cloud and on-premises) is optimally configured to provide best system performance to the user community while ensuring cost is kept within projected budgets.
• Support the Project Manager and will be able to fill in within the Contractor’s organization as well as interface with the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Program Manager, MSC Business Systems Manager and MSC Contracting Officer Representative
• Executing the activities of the Performance Work Statement for Operations/Maintenance; Integration Services/Engineering; and Software Development.
