REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics /Electronic//Electrical / mechanical/Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
• Required skill(s): MS Office and drawing software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with strong passion in project management, technical management.
• Self-motivated and able to leverage on team.
• Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
• Able to work shift work, 12 hour shift, 6 day work week

• Manage the technical team and to provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects to ensure design specifications, method of statement and safety standards on the project.
• Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems, to solve technical problems that arise to initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
• Implement best practices in developing technical solutions.
• Developing preventative maintenance plans and providing support and measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Attend meetings with project and technical team to resolve the query raised by clients.
• Able to work independently and being proactive in responding to issues.
• Oversees the project, to implement and execute works according to standards and specifications, and ensure the project is completed on schedule.
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders and local Authorities to facilitate timely completion of the project.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
