. As we embark on our latest venture into offshore wind energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead the technical aspects of our new wind turbine projects with our latest platforms in Offshore.
We are looking for an experienced

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in offshore wind energy projects, with a focus on technical management. Trouble Shooting Experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, design, and optimization.
• Project management certification is a plus, as well as Data analysis on any turbine and fleet base to identify optimization potentials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in offshore wind turbine technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies aligned with project goals.
• Project Management and Tasks: Lead the technical aspects of the entire project life cycle, from planning and design to the actual maintenance cycle. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Planning of Maintenance: Conduct thorough platform assessments to determine optimal site setup for the service teams.
• Engineering Design and Optimization: Oversee the engineering design process regarding maintenance, ensuring turbines are optimized for offshore service operation and all evolving conditions. Collaborate with design teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards for offshore wind projects regarding maintenance standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Contract Management Support towards CSM: Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure implementation in Offshore Readiness together with the respective customer manager and Service managers. Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Implement robust safety measures for the operation phases.
