Job Title: Technical Practice Leader– Global Salesforce
Slalom is seeking a technical practice leader to support our Salesforce partnership and join our global capabilities team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven, seasoned technical leader to help grow and lead a team of individuals who design innovative ways to accelerate the growth of our business.
You will provide thought leadership to our enterprise clients, set strategic direction for Salesforce practitioners, and be accountable for overseeing the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Salesforce engagements that this team delivers.
As a practice lead for Global Salesforce, you are responsible for making sure our customers achieve their strategic objectives through the proper technology systems architecture. We expect for you, and your team, to be able to conduct enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation, using a comprehensive approach for the successful development and execution of strategy; including leading a team of technical architects that have these same skillsets. Having broad knowledge across many enterprise technology platforms, you will be supporting our sales teams in developing Salesforce value propositions that align with our customers’ business strategies on digital transformation and cloud adoption.
Your leadership of a team of technical architects will assist Slalom in determining the best approach and offer a perspective on how to approach Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, and interactions with multiple platforms. You will aid sales teams in developing value propositions that align with customers’ business and technical strategies. Your team will consist of the subject matter experts of multiple Salesforce clouds with experience developing, architecting, and building the most in-depth portions of the platform in Salesforce.
You will drive best practices, process, and enablement for Salesforce core offerings from a technical perspective while collaborating with our markets, go-to-market team, and delivery excellence leadership.
