Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Pre-sales business analyst will be working in an Individual Contributor role where you s/he will support pre-sales productivity by designing technical proposals for complex AI solutions and will align with all internal stakeholders from technology, sales and commercial to produce the technical proposal, inputs for commercial proposal.
  • In collaboration with the technology functional managers, development of technical proposals
  • Meet timelines for the proposal development, pre-sales presentations.
  • Participation in the pre-contract proposal finalization sessions with internal stakeholders and client as required, to demonstrate and align the technical proposal with client expectations.
  • Schedule periodic internal status update meetings to track and monitor sales leads, inputs required from technology team, inception to delivery of the fit for purpose technical proposals.
  • Maintain tracker and publish periodically dashboard for effective monitoring and health of the proposals.
  • Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and organizations verticals.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process, understand client requirements and project scopes.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive and customized proposals, ensuring they meet both client expectations and company standards.
  • Ensure all proposal documentation is clear, concise, and technically accurate.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for proposal submissions, keeping all relevant teams on track.
  • Continuously update and improve proposal templates and documentation.
  • Assist in the development of presentation materials for sales pitches.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and technology capabilities.
  • Provide analytical support by compiling industry, market, and client data.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and strategies in presales activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in technology industry with at least 3 years’ experience in AI/ software services company
  • Proven experience in a similar presales, project coordination, or technical analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of technology and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical language into accessible content for proposals.
  • Experience with CRM software and proposal management tools

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge regarding software development lifecycle.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Expert in MS Office suit, mainly MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Ideal candidate should be a strong driven individual with strong analytical mindset, initiative-taking and disciplined.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in coordinating between our sales and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in our proposal creation process. This is a non-customer-facing position.

  • Laisse with internal stakeholders from technology, finance, procurement, commercial, sales to ensure that all the information is available to arrive at technical proposal and inputs to build the commercial proposal.
  • Interact with prospective sub-contractors, technology providers, resource providers, partners as applicable during the proposal development to ensure accuracy of the proposal.
  • Work with internal departments for resource planning, augmentation.
