THE JOB:
We are seeking a Technical Product Coordinator with tertiary qualifications in naturopathy to join a highly experienced and growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the product development team to create innovative and effective natural health products. The position will involve conducting research on natural ingredients, developing new product formulations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Some further specific duties will include:
- Conducting research on natural ingredients and their potential health benefits
- Developing new product formulations and improve existing products
- Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative natural health products
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including ingredient lists and labeling
- Providing technical support to the sales and marketing teams
- Creating education content and training materials
- Keeping up to date with the latest research in naturopathy and natural health products
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Tertiary qualifications in naturopathy or a related field (essential)
- Strong knowledge of natural health products and ingredients
- Proven customer service skills
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A basic understanding for regulatory controls in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- The role could be well matched to someone coming from a retail environment who wants to use their qualifications and technical skills in naturopathy in a more corporate environment.
