Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, financial services or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical products on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, proficient in using data to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving customer challenges.
  • Prior experience in customer engagement, chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar technologies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

They are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of their AI-driven communication products. You will be responsible for defining and delivering product features that align with their company vision and customer needs, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and communicate a technical vision for the product in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Understand the technology landscape, including emerging trends, to influence product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on a combination of technology advancements, market analysis, stakeholder needs, and company objectives.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on both business and technical considerations.
  • Work with stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and developers, to gather, define, and prioritize technical and functional requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, designers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure alignment in product development.
  • Assist the engineering team in resolving complex technical challenges by providing insights into user needs and product vision.
  • Make decisions on trade-offs between technical constraints and product features.
  • Oversee the product through its entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring its technical robustness and market fit.
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior leadership, to gather feedback and communicate product strategy.
  • Identify potential technical and market risks and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish channels to gather continuous feedback on the product, making necessary pivots or iterations based on user feedback and market dynamics.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to assess product performance and inform future decisions.
  • Understand competitors and the technological landscape to ensure that the product remains innovative and competitive.
  • Identify market gaps or opportunities based on technological advancements.
  • Ensure the creation of comprehensive product and feature documentation that communicates the technical aspects of the product to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuously learn about the latest technological trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the product remains modern and relevant.
