Join a market leader in the insurance space who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join their team and lead the development of their technical integrations across their CRM and Customer Journeys.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. This role is half delivery and half product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful delivery of their CRM products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Define product requirements, features, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the CRM product
- Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the product over time

To be successful in this role you will have skills in the following:
- Experience in managing and/or rolling out Salesforce and/or other tech and software for sales, e.g., IpScale, Zapier, Genesys, etc.
- Strong integration and AI manager skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical products from concept to launch.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development or engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments
