We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager with expertise in plastics and rubber to lead our wet pour (FLEXOTOP(tm)) business area. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and supporting this exciting venture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in technical product management, specifically within plastics and rubber industries
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate others
• Strong track record in creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Drive technical development for KOMPAN wet pour business area
• Create comprehensive training material for local installers, emphasizing best practices in wet pour applications
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure seamless project execution
• Enhance processes related to FLEXOTOP(tm) installation and quality
• Manage daily operations, including pricing calculations for site areas
• Collaborate with KOMPAN Markets to promote FLEXOTOP(tm) solutions
• Coordinate installations and calculate project costs
• Develop marketing materials that highlight the benefits of our products
