We’re on the lookout for a talented Technical Product Manager to help us elevate our suite of digital people development solutions to new horizons. Whether you choose to work remotely or from our vibrant offices in Munich or Madrid, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver impactful solutions that captivate our expanding user base. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a global, dynamic team and make a difference in the Learning & Development Tech industry from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Identify and analyze user needs and trends to shape the product roadmap while managing the product backlog, writing and refining user stories, and ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement
• Develop and refine algorithms to improve product functionality and performance.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions to internal and external audiences.
• Monitor product performance, perform KPI definition and analysis, gather user feedback, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
