POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in the IT or software development sectors.
• Strong technical foundation with an understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership managing people in a project-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with data ETL tools
• Exposure to ERP/SAP
• Exposure to AI, ML, and LLMs
• Worked with Global teams
• Development and execution of technical roadmaps and system

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead software development and IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on-time, and meet high quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, designers, and product managers, to define project scope and goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Manage all documentation to ensure the project is compliant, secure, and fully documented.
