Description:

Topgolf is looking for a Technical Product Manger (Salesforce) to help ideate, design, and work with a software development team to enhance the Topgolf sales user experience. As a TPM within sales systems team – You will bring in Salesforce expertise, can combine out of the box ideas with the practical application of features that simplify sales user experiences. You will be closely working with Sales teams to gather requirements, building backlog, prioritizing collaboratively and driving development teams to deliver efficiency to events sales users.
Ideal Candiate would have technical background with strong business acumen to leverage Salesforce Sales, Service, CPQ cloud knowledge to build and evolve the next generation of Sales technology products for Topgolf.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce technical product management role designing solutions, driving dev team & delivering in Agile - for Sales Teams
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes and practices, including but not limited to opportunity management, quoting processes (CPQ) including understanding of product & pricing management.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce out of the box objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce
  • Ability to work with multiple distributed development teams (US & India) to complete a solution design in a Salesforce environment.
  • Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with ability to interact with cross-departmental groups.

  • Solid understanding of software development models, web technologies, system integrations, database concepts and modern service-oriented architectures and industry trends
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Have an aptitude and willingness for learning new technologies / software.
  • Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    Travel up to 5% for team offsites or offshore center in Hyderabad (India).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as operations and marketing, as well as other stakeholders, to identify new end user / business problems that could be solved by the team; build the case for new/enhanced features and gain approval from stakeholders.
  • Create product requirements and documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and update continuously, maintain prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and business partners alike to conceptualize features and see them through development, release, and future iterations.
  • Lead feature kickoffs, as well as facilitate design and API discussions.
  • Participate in the planning of feature release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities with offshore development team.
  • Define and elaborate on prioritized epics, develop stories and acceptance criteria that are actively managed by TPM as part of release planning / story grooming.
  • Work with QA leads to help ensure appropriate QA test coverage and support QA automation pipeline buildout.
  • Work with Business Single Point of Contact and other stakeholders to drive User Acceptance Testing within the given timeframe- including joint testing sessions, report and escalation.
  • Accountable for delivery of business value / outcomes.
  • Maintaining/enhancing technology expertise, keeping current with evolving systems analysis, programming, and database technologies.
  • Assisting with triaging critical issues, tracking issues, escalating and root cause analysis.
