  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and a deep understanding of data management tools and cloud technologies. Your technical skills enable you to understand and solve complex problems.
  • Strong work ethic and accountability to make sure initiatives go well, being equally comfortable taking personal ownership for a task or delegating it to another team member.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at making quick decisions with limited information.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. You’ll be the bridge between business aspirations and technological execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and strategies, gather and prioritize product requirements, considering customer feedback, market and technology trends, and business priorities.
  • Lead product teams through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership to achieve project goals.
  • Work closely with architects, engineering, and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, resource allocation, technical debt, deployments, and releases, and respond to issues and incidents as needed.
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans and UAT to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment.
  • Lead the execution planning processes and quarterly roadmaps to roll out new features and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Serve as the SME for the product, providing comprehensive guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners. This includes facilitating successful adoption and comprehensive training programs to ensure users can leverage the full capabilities of the product effectively.
