JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank is looking for an Office 365 Product Manager to join our Workforce Collaboration team. The Product Manager will be part of a highly collaborative team that designs, supports, and promotes usage of Office 365 applications like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva Engage. The candidate will be responsible for drafting communications, consulting with employees on technology tools, answering questions, creating high-quality training sessions, and delivering projects and security controls for unstructured data in Office 365.
Oversees strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization’s goals and market needs. Meets product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • An individual contributor responsible for moderate complexity technical product feature or features. Typically has a thorough level of technical product management knowledge or similar experience and usually requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-5 years of experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experienced knowledge of Office 365, including how to build effective SharePoint sites and use OneDrive for effective file storage/sharing
  • Experienced knowledge of implementing security & compliance controls for unstructured data in Office 365
  • Strong product management, design, and development skills
  • Knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis
  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
