- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Bonus points for:
- Scrum product ownership experience, ideally certified by a recognized Scrum authority
- Experience working as the product owner for multiple development teams
- A technical background that allows you to write requirements for a highly technical product and collaborate closely with engineers.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience working on integration/API based products
- Writing requirements for implementing analytics software in web applications (Google Analytics, MixPanel, Segment, Heap, etc)
- Delivered software products used by Enterprise and/or Government customers
- Experience working on Product teams in a SaaS software company
- A strong sense of initiative, ownership and accountability. Comfortable seeking answers and facilitating hard conversations.
- Track record of solving customers’ problems with solutions that improve users work lives
- An exceptional attention to detail, allowing you to write concise and accurate documentation
- Trustworthiness, and the ability form meaningful working relationships
- Authorized to work in 40 hours a week in Canada (anywhere in Canada works for us)
