WHAT WE WANT TO TRUST YOU WITH

• You are responsible for developing a holistic training strategy for new and existing customers
• To this end, you will develop training concepts and documents for different groups of people (operators, maintenance staff, admins, etc.)
• You will also be responsible for independently conducting customer training courses on demo and customer systems in-house or at the customer’s premises
• This makes you the main technical contact person for our customers for operation / handling / optimizations and ensures that customer feedback flows back into our internal quality management system
• As an important part of the service team, you will work closely with all internal departments (documentation, development, etc.)
