Responsibilities:

As Technical Program Manager - Customer Operations (f/m/d) you are the key interface of FERNRIDE to our Engineering team and the implementation of our innovative solutions in our customer’s operation. You are responsible for coordinating our engineering projects with our partners and managing the contributions of our internal stakeholders involved in the projects. In this role, you will be overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing customer operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, Business Development, customer support and external partners to drive successful project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. If you love having a high-level overview of complex technical challenges, managing different internal and external stakeholders, and making sure we keep our project KPIs, you will have the time of your life! This role reports to the Director of Technical Program Management.

  • leading and manage multiple technical and customer implementation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • collaborating with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements, provide input on solution design, and ensure successful implementation of our technology in customer’s daily operations
  • communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, and progress.
  • proactively identifying and address project-related issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • maintaining project documentation, including requirements, plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer operations and implementation, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improveme
