Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Technical Division is in a position to respond to all regulatory and legislative change while meeting the ongoing needs of customers, regulators and shareholders.
  • Promote and improve standards of product governance.
  • Prepare risk committee papers relevant to Product Council and assist in the preparation of Smart Circle Packs and ARiCo papers.
  • Ensure updates to the Product Catalogue align with the Product Governance Framework.
  • Align, standardise, regulate and store (archive) internal and external communication across products, ensuring any notifications to ASIC are lodged within appropriate timeframes in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Identify any trends or practices highlighted during underwriting and post loss reviews in liaison with Underwriting Services, and communicate appropriately to Technical teams.
