KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years experience in technical roles within the tech industry
  • Background in introducing new products to manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with ramping electronics and or complex assemblies into high volume production is a plus
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager on the Vision Pro team to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure top-quality products and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Working in the new product introduction group as a team of design, quality, test, and global supply managers to ensure top quality products and drive perfection into everything we do - Deep understanding of manufacturing trade offs and ability to provide DFA feedback to cross functional teams - Areas of ownership will include factory set-up and ownership of technical operational functions associated with manufacturing, including process design, assembly, automation, test, and yields - Executive level status reporting and presentations - Provide operational excellence in bringing-up scalable and sustainable mass-production process - Analyzing data and implementing quality improvement measures - Travel may be required (up to 40%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

MS or BS in related Engineering discipline - Mechanical preferred MBA not required but a plus
