Our Berlin based client, a pioneering force in the entertainment industry, specializing in electronic music and immersive event experiences. With a global footprint spanning numerous countries, our client is pushing the boundaries of event production with each unique show. To support the smooth acquisition of those events, we are looking for a
Technical Project Lead (m/w/d) fulltime.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the technical aspects of events worldwide. From coordinating cross-functional teams to managing project timelines and budgets, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of our productions from conception to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Several years of experience in the live entertainment industry.
• Proven track record in technical project management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with standard software applications and CAD software (e.g., Vector Works).
• Valid driver’s license and passport for unrestricted travel.

• Collaborate closely with our head project manager to oversee the event production process.
• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee staff planning, logistics, and general office management tasks.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability within the project team.
• Oversee all technical aspects of the shows, translating creative ideas into realistic technical plans.
• Manage the daily activities of the technical team, including show design, lights, lasers, visuals, etc.
• Lead and manage technical suppliers, oversee CAD construction, and technical drawings (2D / 3D).
• Provide technical leadership and supervision on-site for set-up and show.
• Ensure technical safety compliance and manage quality control, research, development, and troubleshooting processes.
