What you will be doing: As a Technical Project Lead, you play a pivotal role in project delivery, collaborating with the Project Manager, Architect, and developers.
Emphasizing ownership of the technical solution, you ensure the successful impact of technical decisions on the project’s overall budget and schedule.
Your key responsibilities involve close coordination with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.

In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Lead the transformation team in converting RPG code to Java or PHP, ensuring seamless integration of modern technologies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to align transformation efforts with project objectives and client requirements.
• Make critical technical decisions optimizing functionality, aligning with client preferences, and contributing to project success.
• Direct technical resources on the project, either directly or through Team Leads.
• Estimate technical work with the help of team members and architects as required.
• Review discovery documentation and workshop material with the Architect; attend workshops
• Review workshop output and create detailed technical plans for the project; review with the architect.
• Track, monitor, and resolve all technical work to keep the project on track.
• Own implementing all aspects of the technical solution for all teams.
• Stay adaptable to evolving project needs, ensuring a smooth transition from RPG to Java or PHP.
• Implement thorough quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the transformed code.
