Responsibilities:
We are working with multi-cultural teams with team members from all our sites. In doing so, you will interact with a wide range of stake holders as you work with both suppliers, engineers and not least: World-leading wind turbine OEM’s.
More specifically, you will:
- Be main interface to and from OEM on technical matters
- Managing the technical development of our projects
- Ensure DFMEA is used proactively in the projects as design tool
- Follow up on project plans together with Project Manager and project team
- Ensure to capture and inform on Engineering Change Management
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, test and system interface.
- Leading the development progress in the project as you will define scope of delivery for the engineering team
- Provide technical support to Global Key Account Managers
- Secure continuous optimizations and explore value engineering opportunities together with the customer
- Participate in external tests and FAI’s with customer at our production sites
- Be an active player in moving our department into the next level
