Description:
To implement the power plant strategy and fill the capacity gap with H2-capable gas power plants, our Plant Engineering Team in Gelsenkirchen is looking for you as an Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of specialist project managers and engineers within a project organization to develop competitive H2-capable power plant concepts together with colleagues from other corporate units
- Technical development of plant planning in close collaboration with partner companies and suppliers from concept development to investment decision
- Technical-economic optimization of plant configurations, taking into account operational requirements and process safety aspects
- Planning and coordination of required engineering resources in consultation with specialist departments
