Description:

WHO YOU ARE

  • BSc or master’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent.
  • Ownership on planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects.
  • Strong competences on Firewall platforms (e.g., Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and IP networks.
  • Technical certification on IP Networks, Cloud, or Security.
  • People agility, create connections with other teams and partners to promote effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Customer focused mentality and build relationships on- and off-project with relevant teams working in the same or different domain areas.
  • Portuguese/English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the implementation project rollout of Enterprise Solutions, Security domain, according to the time plan, solution design, quality, and the efficiency levels, as well as to inform periodically the Customer, to ensure that his expectations are met at transition to Vodafone.
  • Provide technical project management, deliver the LLD (Low Level Design), ensure technical assessment and expertise, ensure that all resources (human, technical, network and terminal equipment) are available, as well as, understand the solution assumptions and Customer expectations, to align the rollout strategy.
  • Monitor the project progress, undertake corrective actions, and manage its impact with the customers.
  • Define the migration process to Vodafone (from other service providers), together with the Customer’s IT teams, to minimise the impact on the Customer’s business.
  • Manage initial “trials”, analyse its results and conclusions, and adjust the rollout process and design accordingly.
  • Work closely with VBU teams (e.g., Pre Sales and Product Management) and Customer Operations, to launch and maintain VBU Security Services portfolio
