Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE TEAM IN THIS ROLE

you will be responsible for the overall delivery of new features for Zoom Contact Center. This includes project managing the release plans, diving into the feature technical discussions and coordinating with product managers, engineers, designers and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being able to to support, coordinate, and execute strategic project work across the Zoom Contact Center Team
  • Demonstrating experience with agile tooling such as JIRA for task delegation and assignment and tracking completion of items
  • Being able to Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and program delivery
  • Being able to support on the creation of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance by using SLAs and KPIs
  • Being able to manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured
  • Leading and managing large scale, company-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, debrief facilitation and close
  • Assisting in managing multiple concurrent projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally
