Salary range: 134,564 - 141,157 (Annual Gross)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Technical Project specialist should be LTE experienced and at a high level is required to:

  • Support the Delivery Principal and Project Engineer in all items pertaining to the technical aspects of the project, to help coordinate, and safely manage the delivery of the work packages assigned.
  • Help complete the work packages as per the project delivery standards and as a minimum adhere to the Global Small Project Management

Framework (SPMF) deliverables and activities and Technology standards.

  • Work with the Delivery Principal and Project Engineer to continuously improve the felt experience of Asset West stakeholders through successful engagement, collaboration and enable rapid delivery of approved projects within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximise value.
  • The main point of contact regarding Technology technical requirements in relation to the project.

The responsibilities will also include engagement of all technical inputs required from internal and external team members and collaboration with the Technical Leads, Technology service and business owners, Delivery Project Managers as well as other teams in technology and business.

The resource shall complete the following execution activities:

  • Ensure all design documentation is on time and complete.
  • Ensure all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are complete as per the design documentation
  • Ensure Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) are complete as per the design documentation
  • All technical information, questions, and engagement to go through the Technical Project Engineer
  • Any work the Project Engineer or Delivery Principal requires.
  • Engagement with vendors in relation to technical or engineering requirements.
  • Weekly/fortnightly meetings as required.
  • Management of TQ’s, RFI’s and Memo’s through Aconex
  • Planning and coordination of execution activities with the Company

as outlined in the PEP

  • Provide input into the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Provide input into the Technology Change Management process
  • Allowances to work with Company Engineers for the commissioning

and testing of the execution work packs, inclusive of end-to-end

system testing.

  • Support Transition to Operations activities.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
