Job Profile:
Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises over 360 light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. Vista Aircraft Maintenance Baden Baden is now looking for an Administrator Warranty and Claims to join their growing team, reporting directly to our Head of Logisitcs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing of relevant materials for maintenance operations
  • Responsibility for incoming goods inspection and checking the condition, quality and packaging of deliveries
  • Administrative processing and correct documentation of the dispatch and receipt of aircraft spare parts, special tools and other elements
  • Carrying out stock checks, quality controls and inventories
  • Communicate with suppliers, third parties and technicians
  • Supporting the logistics team with all day-to-day business tasks

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • You have professional experience in logistics and know the described areas of responsibility
  • Confident use of MS Office and systems in general
  • You work carefully, conscientiously and responsibly
  • You are characterized by commitment and resilience
  • You are a good communicator, work in a structured manner and have a talent for organization
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English, German desirable
  • Ability to pass airside clearance and obtain a ZUP within Germany
  • The rights to work within the EU/Germany
  • Willingness to work weekend duties if required
