AHOY is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical recruiter) to support the growth of our tech team, roles from backend engineers and frontend developers to AI, Machine Learning, IoT, GIS, iOS and android developers. You will work closely with the tech team to manage their priorities and drive our recruitment process to find the right talent.

What will you do?

  • Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, liaising interview and closing the offer.
  • Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
  • Improve candidate experience, creating engagement with the candidates facilitating new applications
  • Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: partnerships, internships, sourcing campaigns.
  • Work on the ATS to facilitate the search process
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Assess the candidates on both soft and technical skills. Added advantage if able to assess the coding tasks.
  • Create recruitment reports and dashboards to provide regular updates
