Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our client’s workforce. You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of various technical roles within the organisation and identifying suitable candidates through innovative sourcing initiatives. Your expertise in managing the full cycle recruiting process will ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Furthermore, your coaching skills will guide hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to utilise data to identify inefficiencies will be crucial in improving processes and pipelines.

  • Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical positions and recruiting needs
  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of candidates
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for key roles in our organisation, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and extraordinarily positive candidate experience
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers every step of the way (bias mitigation, candidate experience, calibration)
  • Utilize data and your own knowledge to identify inefficiencies and improve your processes and pipelines
  • Adapt and flexibly respond to shifting needs of department

The ideal Technical Recruiter brings a wealth of recruiting experience from a fast-paced corporate or staffing agency environment. Has proven success in recruiting for high-level sales, engineering, support, analytical, and product-based roles. Familiarity with Global Financial Markets/Fintech would be highly beneficial. Possesses strong interviewing skills utilising behavioural based techniques and has experience in candidate sourcing. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS is essential. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years or more of recruiting experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment
  • Experience recruiting high level sales, engineering, support, analytical, and product-based roles
  • Global Financial Markets/Fintech experience would be advantageous
  • Candidate interviewing experience utilizing behavioural based interview techniques and candidate sourcing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Self-starter attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienc
