Description:
Betsson Group is now looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our diverse global recruitment team in Malta. If you have experience recruiting Tech and Product professionals - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- You’ll have your own areas of focus within the Product Development organisation - you will be focused on hiring Engineers, Product, UX and more!
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems
- Using a range of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver on hiring briefs as well as build pipelines
- Managing the recruitment process, coaching hiring managers on best practise and keeping things moving and all parties informed
- Networking within the field of tech both on the Island and globally - building those pipelines for when we need them
- Screening and interviewing commercial profiles and assessing both competencies and culture fit
