Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical service into the sales & marketing organization in alignment with sales strategies and regional targets.
- Provide meaningful data on technical information, market trends, competitor activities, and be proactive to tackle customer concerns.
- Ensure coordination and information sharing with sales & marketing counterparts in all regions (NAFTA, EMEA and APAC).
- Work with EP Commercial Operations to support customers on tech days, products trials, trainings, and customers complaints.
- Participate on industrial marketing activities to penetrate new market segments (interior, exterior, glazing, lighting, transportation, etc.) in order to improve market share on new application
