• Technical responsibility for the specialist area of thermal technology and technical management of internal and external employees
• Creating and ensuring the application of the technology-related technical pool (standards, checklists, guidelines, guide review processes, design tools, etc.)
• Ensuring the incorporation of newly acquired ‘lessons learnt’ findings from the planning, assembly and IBS phase into the technology-related specialist pool
• Further development of the associated processes, systems and components in consultation with Product Management
• Independent, qualified assessment of customer requirements and development of process concepts for thermal utilisation plants
• Definition of the thermal engineering concept
• Process engineering and thermal engineering design
• Participation in design and warranty reviews
• Support and assistance during order processing
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of design and standard templates
• Safeguarding expertise by analysing operating results after order processing
• Creation of process and P&I flow charts in accordance with ISO and DIN
• Proactive support of other specialist disciplines (consulting, coordination, etc.)
