Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Auditors to ensure timely receipt and adherence to standards of reports for the NDIS, enhancing their quality for submission to the Commission.
- Manage the review and submission of reports through the appropriate portals and conduct independent assessments as needed.
- Foster productive relationships with team members and clients, including NDIS Service Providers, and be proactive in communication, especially in addressing stakeholder concerns.
- Meticulously manage task completion to meet deadlines, including the review of report details and payment processes.
- Stay informed of the latest legislative, rule, guideline, and policy updates from the NDIS Commission relevant to provider requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Technical Review (TR) process, meeting all associated deadlines and maintaining high accuracy and quality standards in all TR-related tasks.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the TR process to oversee technical aspects of NDIS Audits, ensuring adherence to Governance, JASANZ, and NDIS Commission mandates.
- Respond to and effectively resolve significant complaints in a timely manner.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and training to meet operational needs.
- Manage the Technical Review Inbox, audit status database, payment checks, and oversee the timely management of submissions and payments as per JasAnz and NDIS Commission schedules.
- Build strong relationships with both team members and clients, ensuring responsiveness to concerns and proactive follow-up.
- Prioritize tasks and pay attention to report details to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
